A very wise blonde once told me good things happen in 3's. I think I believe her. Three 's can be as small as a compliment, an unexpected phone call, a zero-calorie cupcake. (I wish daily for the latter.) Or, they can be bigger, a beautiful evening, a first kiss, a new friend.
I like to go by the saying 'when one cupcake closes, another one opens.'
I believe that too.
